Pay annual fee
There are various ways to pay the annual fee if you are registering at the library for the first time or want to renew your library card.
- In person during opening hours at the city library, either in cash or with Girocard.
- Enter your user number and password by credit card or PayPal in the online catalog under "My account "
, click on "Renew card", select the desired annual fee and confirm. Click on "Pay" in the fee account and select the payment method. After successful payment, a confirmation will appear in the fee account.
- Alternatively, the annual fee can be automatically debited from your current account by direct debit authorization. Advantage: The validity of the library card can no longer expire. Simply print out the form for direct debit authorization by SEPA direct debit (PDF) (76 KB), fill it out and send it to the library by post or bring it to the library in person.
The direct debit authorization can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation (PDF) (84 KB) must be submitted in writing to the City Library at least four weeks before the card expires.
