Help point

Is your knee bleeding after falling off your bike or is your circulation weakening due to the heat? If you need help in emergency situations, you can turn to the stores, banks and authorities that are part of "Hilfepunkt Rastatt". A large green sticker with the words "Hilfepunkt Rastatt" on the entrance doors and shop windows of participating businesses draws attention to the help on offer.

How do children find out about the offer?

Once a year, municipal employees and teachers explain the "Rastatt Help Point" to primary school children. They explain where children can get help in an emergency and look for the green sticker in the shop window or on the front door of the participating stores during a rally.

Promoting a culture of looking and helping

Over 70 participants have already joined "Hilfepunkt Rastatt". The aim of the project is to promote a culture of looking out for others and cohesion. It also aims to strengthen the sense of security of all those out and about in the city through numerous "Hilfepunkt" contact points.
