Fresh and free drinking water for everyone is now available from 12 stores and two restaurants in Rastatt. Drinking water also flows from two municipal fountains. Especially on hot summer days, it is important to drink plenty of water to minimize heat stress. Thus, the city marketing with the trade association RA³ has launched the campaign "Rastatt trink(t) Wasser". The Rastatt summer campaign was based on the nationwide "Refill" project.

At which wells is drinking water available?
Drinking water flows from the Alexius fountain and the Nepomuk fountain on the market square and can be drunk without hesitation. Both fountains are directly connected to the drinking water network of the municipal utility. Their water quality is checked regularly.
All other wells do NOT provide drinking water.
