With the so-called lobby function you protect your conference. The moderator decides who gets access to the conference room and who does not. By clicking in the navigation bar in the lower middle area on the three dots/ settings you can activate the lobby function in the "Security options" and determine a password for your meeting. You have to communicate this to your guests.
Your guests now need to do nothing more than enter the same room name and any password they may have been assigned at "Rastatt schnatzt!". If a conference link has been sent to the guests, this simply has to be entered into the browser.
Note: Choose a room name for your video conference that is as individual as possible. For example, choose "OmaOpaMustermann" instead of "OmaOpa". You also have the option of protecting a conference with a password. For more details, see the Quick Start Guide under "PC" or "Mobile devices".
