Important questions and answers about borrowing, renewing and returning media
How can I keep track of the return date?
Already at the time of borrowing you will receive an account printout on which the latest return date is noted. You can view the current status of all borrowed media at any time via the account function of our online catalog "My Account".
If you leave your e-mail address at the public library, you will receive a free e-mail reminder a few days before the loan period expires. If you would like to use the service, you can contact the Rastatt City Library team directly.
Can I keep media longer?
You can renew all media twice free of charge, as long as they are not preregistered. The only exception: Kamishibai picture cards cannot be renewed.
